General Terms and Conditions

The subject of the following general terms and conditions are on the one hand the exclusive wellness offers of GMHD Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, hereinafter GMHD, as well as the general terms and conditions of the respective service provider, hereinafter lady. We are allowed to designate the respective recipient of the service as a guest. Legal provisions remain unaffected by this.

1. User contract with GMHD
GMHD offers guests and ladies the opportunity to take advantage of wellness offers in their rooms for an entrance fee. On behalf of the ladies, GMHD employees answer telephone inquiries and receive the guests on their behalf. The specific service to be provided by the lady towards the guest is not part of the user contract with GMHD. The design of the sexual services as well as massage services is determined exclusively between the lady and the guest on their own responsibility.

2. Payment
No separate fee will be charged to the guest for the provision of rooms. The respective services are billed directly between the guest and the lady.

3. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, as far as this is permissible, Erfurt.

1. Type and scope of the services of the lady
The type and scope of the contractual services owed by the lady to the guest are determined between them on their own responsibility. In addition, the general terms and conditions apply.

2. Service of the GMHD
As far as the guest makes use of an individual service of the lady, only a contract is concluded between the guest and lady. This applies to sexual services and (Thai) massage services. With regard to these services, GMHD is not the guest's contractual partner.

3. Fee
The respective fee that the guest has to pay the lady relates exclusively to the services to be provided by the lady.

4. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is, as far as this is permissible, Erfurt.
